I was listening to NPR the other day, on our local station WUOT. They profiled a band I was unfamiliar with: Galactic. I was hooked the moment I heard a bit of one of their songs. Their newest album, Ya-Ka-May is awesome. It's kinda funky and jazzy, with ip percussion and a melange of styles. All I know is that I like it. I have it on CD in the car, and the more I listen, the more I love. Check it out when you can!
